Biography

As a researcher of the group "The Big Bat Theory", I have a total of eight years of experience working with Honduran wildlife including: research, monitoring, conservation, handling animals and delivering medical treatment. Within those eight years, I have over six years of experience researching and monitoring bats in Honduras, specifically in eastern (La Mosquitia), and the dry forests in southern and western Honduras, during which I have also been an active in national and international conservation initiatives for the preservation of species. In addition, I have spent four years studying the Phyllostomid bat group in Honduras in different ecosystems. My career goal is applied science research that leads to constructive conservation outcomes.
