Biography

Hossein Nezamabadi-pour was born in 1976, in Bam, Iran. He received his B.S. degree in electrical engineering from University of Kerman, Kerman, Iran, in 1998, and his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from Tarbiat Modares University, Tehran, Iran, in 2000 and 2004, respectively. In 2004, he joined the Department of Electrical Engineering at University of Kerman, as an Assistant Professor and was promoted to Full Professor in 2012, respectively. He is the author and coauthor of more than 370 peer-reviewed journals and conference papers. He is teaching and researching in the areas of multimedia signal processing and soft computing.
