Biography

My lab is mainly engaged in the research of intelligent nano-drug delivery systems and immunotherapy. In past five years, my lab has constructed a set of intelligent drug delivery systems for precise drug delivery and regulation of the immune microenvironment. We established a platform for the synthesis and evaluation of novel drug delivery systems (DDS). These DDS have been exploited for delivering small molecule, proteins and nucleic acids. Recently, we devoted our efforts to designing polymer-based protein degraders for precise protein degradation and cancer therapy. We particularly focus on the combinatory therapy strategies to circumvent cancer resistance of radiotherapy.
With my publication record including > 200 papers, 20 patents issues, total citation > 15,000, I was recognized as the Global Highly Cited Researcher for 2021-2023 (Clarivate Analytics). I was also awarded by Young Leading Talent in Scientific and Technological Innovation of the Ministry of Science and Technology, Outstanding Youth Fund of the Natural Science Foundation of China, Outstanding Member of the Association for the Promotion of Young Innovative Talents of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. I was elected as the vice chairman of the Nanobiology Branch of the Chinese Biophysical Society, and the vice chairman of the Intelligent Diagnosis and Treatment and Materials Biology Branch of the Chinese Biophysical Society. I am also the awardee of Young Scientist Award of the Chinese Anti-Cancer Association, the Young Biopharmaceutics of the Chinese Pharmaceutical Association, the Young Pharmaceutics Award of the Chinese Pharmaceutical Association, the Outstanding Young Talent Award of Sanofi-Shanghai Academy of Biological Sciences, and the First Prize of the Science and Technology Award of the Chinese Pharmaceutical Association.
