Biography

Nasser Easa is associate professor of HRM at American University in the Emirates and Alexandria University, Egypt. He also is the program director for Master of Knowledge Management at American University in Emirates. Nasser Easa held his PhD on Knowledge Management & Innovation in Banking at University of Stirling, UK. His research interest includes HRM, organizational behavior, leadership, and knowledge management. Nasser Easa has also an extensive industry experience in these areas. Dr. Nasser supervised several MSc and PhD thesis. He actively contributes as a member of academic advisory board, a committee member, and a reviewer for highly ranked journals and reputed conferences worldwide
