Biography

I am an Associate Professor at the Institute of Environmental Engineering, the Warsaw University of Life Sciences, Poland. From the beginning of my research activities, I am focused on the topic of the influence of soil organic and mineral based-amendments in terms of the possibility of their application for the heavy metals immobilization in the soil environment. Another aspect of my research work is connected with the development of issues regarding the chemical monitoring of contamination in selected elements of the natural environment against the background of anthropogenic factors.
