Biography

Dr. Sara AlAleeli received her Masters and Doctoral degrees from Michigan State University. Dr. AlAleeli has extensive experience in teaching numerous undergraduate and graduate courses including supervising Master and PhD students. Dr. AlAleeli’s work focus on examining issues related to psychology of learning, development of knowledge, engagement, empowerment, and attitudes of different stakeholders in various learning communities, as well as the integration of innovation and creativity in learning. Dr. AlAleeli’s research interests include creativity and innovation in learning, attitudes and beliefs, bullying phenomenon, and the examination of psychological issues that impact students’ learning. Dr. AlAleeli is the recipient of several grants that aim at aligning knowledge and practices with twenty-first century thinking skills. In addition, Dr. AlAleeli’s team of undergraduate students won the EXPO grant awarded by EXPO University Innovation Program.
