Biography

With a background in oceanography, my field of interest is applying GIS and Remote sensing to the marine environment and physical processes in the ocean. Mathematical analysis and programming are my strengths which form my enthusiasm for modeling in my research career. My current research focus is to find out a relationship between ocean frontal activities and floating debris accumulation using remote sensing imagery, then develop a modelling to predict the movement of marine debris and identify accumulation hotspots.
