Biography
I'm Amir Aidun, a PhD biomedical engineering student at the University of Montreal, passionate about 3D bioprinting, microfluidics, and biomaterials. As a tissue engineer, I develop innovative healthcare approaches using biomaterials to evaluate cancer cell behavior. I specialize in creating scaffolds and objects through techniques such as 3D bioprinting, electrospinning, and surface modification, mimicking natural microenvironments for cell growth.
In my free time, I stay updated on scientific advancements, attend conferences, and enjoy exploring new cultures and languages. I'm dedicated to advancing biomedical research and improving lives globally.
I won the recruitment scholarship from Sainte-Justine for my contributions to cancer research and healthcare innovations. Additionally, I was awarded the Merit Scholarship of the Faculty of Medicine at Université de Montréal for my academic excellence and research achievements.
My only current Job: PhD student of Biomedical Engineering and Research Assistant at the University of Montreal!
