Biography

Ganesh Dattatraya Saratale currently works at the Department of Food Science and Biotechnology, Dongguk University https://food.dongguk.edu/?staff=staff11. His current research projects are lignocellulosic biorefineries for the production of hydrogen, ethanol and value added biochemicals (BDO, PHB) production. Algal biofuels production, Environmental biotechnology and wastewater treatment. Enzyme technology using different fermentation methods and their application in the preparation of biomass feed stock. Bioelectrochemistry and their various applications. Nano biotechnology and their application towards, energy, environment, agriculture and medical fields.
