Biography

Proactive biomedical research scientist with skills and expertise on stem cells, cancer stem cells, cancer and neurodegenerative diseases. I have the capacity to direct and participate in research and collaborative activities that contribute to the advancement of Cell and Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biochemistry, Immunology, Regenerative and Translational Medicine and related areas with evidences of annually publications and projects realised with external funding. Also, I have got experience as scientific reviewer of international journal articles. I have excellent organizational skills with attention to details, the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and accurately and to adjust rapidly to shifting priorities and variable workloads. I'm able to work either independently and collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams that include clinicians, academic personnel, biotech and pharmaceutical companies. I have teaching experience at academic degrees and supervising experience in thesis or dissertations.
