Biography

Morteza received his BSc and MSc degrees (both with honors) in electrical engineering in 2005 and 2008, respectively, from Ferdowsi University, Mashhad, Iran. He also received his Ph.D degree from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad in 2014. He is currently an assistant professor with Quchan University of Technology, Quchan, Iran. From 2012 to 2013, he was a visiting scholar in the Ghent University (DIGCOM group of TELIN Department). His research interests include statistical signal processing, multicarrier techniques (especially CP-OFDM, MC-CDMA and UW-OFDM), MIMO systems and cognitive radio networks.
