Biography

Our work involves the use of viral vectors for the in situ transfer of genes that induce cell death and immune modulation with goal of reducing tumor bulk and provoking an anti-tumor immune response. The main models include melanoma, lung carcinoma, prostate carcinoma and colorectal cancers.
