Biography

Hannah Young graduated from Sheffield Hallam University with a BSc Honours Degree in Physiotherapy in 2004 and went on to gain an MSc in Physiotherapy with distinction from the University of Nottingham in 2013. She completed an NIHR funded Doctoral Research Fellowship in 2021 and NIHR Development and Skills Enhancement award in 2022, and was awarded and NIHR Advanced Fellowship in 2023. She has works as a Specialist Physiotherapist , has experience of working within a number of chronic disease specialties and has a particular interest in multiple long term conditions, frailty and cardiometabolic renal diseases.
