Biography

Tao Zhang received his B.S. degree from Southwest Jiaotong University in 2020. He is now pursuing a Ph.D. degree in microelectronics and solid-state electronics in Prof. Weida Hu’s group at Shanghai Institute of Technology Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. His research interests focus on the fabrication and characterization of very long-wavelength infrared photodetectors based on Si-based BIB materials and low-dimensional materials.
