Biography

Mohsen Cheraghizade received his Ph. D. degree in Electrical Engineering (Electronics, Semiconductor Devices Branch) from the Islamic Azad University (IAU), Iran, in 2019. His research activity is currently being conducted at the Advanced Surface Engineering and Nanomaterials Research Center (ASE-NRC), Ahvaz Branch, IAU, Ahvaz, Iran, and focused on the optoelectronics of semiconductor nanostructures as different applications.
