Biography

Biologist with more than 12 years of experience as food researcher. Involved in several European, national & regional R & D projects focused on the sustainability of food industry. Specialized in the development of bioprocess and stabilization technologies for the enhancement of food by-products as ingredients for animal feed. Author or coauthor of 11 scientific articles, 3 book chapters, more than 20 technical publications and more than 20 contributions to conferences. Extended network in the field of sustainability and food innovation.
