Biography

I´m currently working in Prof. Wüst´s research group at the Institute of Nutrition and Food Science (IEL), University of Bonn. My research focus is the analysis of sesquiterpenes in grapes and wine using comprehensive two-dimensional gas chromatography (GCxGC). In addition to my doctoral thesis, I support teaching at the University of Bonn with laboratory internships and lectures focusing on TLC, HPLC, GC and GCxGC.
