Biography

With over two decades of experience in academia and IT management, I am a seasoned professional, excelling both in academia and IT, currently serving as the Senior IT Manager and Assistant Professor at Gulf University for Science and Technology in Kuwait. My journey began as a Scientific Assistant at Kuwait University, leading to varied roles in the Ministry of Defense and Arab Open University, each refining my skills in tech and education. My previous leadership positions, such as Head of the Department of Computer Science and Associate Dean of the College of Arts & Sciences, were an amalgamation of my passion for both fields. I've always aimed to bridge the gap between academia and technology, fostering innovation and growth at every step of my career journey. My experience allows me to enrich learning environments while ensuring optimal utilization of technology. I hold a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Computer Science from Kuwait University, along with a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence from the prestigious University of Malaya. These degrees have equipped me with a strong foundation in computer science principles, programming languages, and software development.
