Zhen Xu received the Ph.D. degree from the Institute of Remote Sensing and Digital Earth, Chinese Academy of Science, Beijing, China, in 2020. Dr. Xu joined the Department of Electronic and Information Engineering & Key Laboratory of Digital Signal and Image Processing of the Guangdong Province, Shantou University, Guangdong, China, in 2020.
