Biography

I am a Research Fellow in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at Brigham and Women's Hospital and Harvard Medical School, Harvard University. I have a Ph.D. in Molecular Immunology from the University of Turku, Finland, with a strong background in immunology. My research focuses on the role of CD4+ T cells, including regulatory T cells and other T helper subsets, in autoimmunity and transplantation immunology. My work has been recognized with prestigious grants and awards, published articles, and conference presentations, underscoring my exceptional academic prowess and innovative contributions to medical science. Brigham and Women's Hospital recently filed a patent disclosure based on the results of my project at Harvard Medical School.
