Iman El-Nabawi Shaalan is an Associate Professor of applied linguistics at Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University, College of Science and Humanities, Department of English, Saudi Arabia. Her research interests ‎include language teaching methodologies, approaches to teaching foreign language skills, ‎curriculum development and teaching methods, second and foreign language teaching and ‎learning, language acquisition, test systems, and evaluation, discourse analysis, and translation. ‎
