PhD and Master in Nutrition Sciences and Bachelor in Nutrition from the Federal University of Viçosa, Brazil. Certified Mindfulness (MTI) and Mindful Eating (uNIFESP) instructor. International Training in Intuitive Eating (CEBRATA). Scientific Researcher at the Faculty of Nutrition and Food Sciences of the University of Porto, Portugal. Study themes: obesity, chronic diseases, eating behavior, mindfulness, nutrition for adults and the elderly.
