Biography

I have been committed to both clinical and fundamental research on degenerative osteoarthritis (OA), encompassing its pathogenic mechanisms, pathological progression, diagnostic and therapeutic strategies at various stages of the disease, as well as postoperative rehabilitation. Significant advancements have been made in elucidating the regulatory mechanisms of ferroptosis mediated by non-coding RNAs in OA. My current research focuses on the methylation modifications and regulatory mechanisms of super-enhancers within the musculoskeletal system, aiming to further advance the understanding of skeletal system degeneration.
