Biography
He was born in Iguala de la Independencia, Guerrero and studied a Law degree at the Escuela Libre de Derecho with the presentation of the thesis: The Decadence of the First Mexican Empire and the uprising of the Federal Republic. Brief Legal Study, obtaining a Special Mention for its professional examination supported on October 21, 2013.
He studied the Master's Degree in Constitutional Law of the Postgraduate School of the Escuela Libre de Derecho (2016 - 2018), with thesis work: Constitutional legitimacy of the British Crown in the twentieth century: legal-political reflections on Queen Elizabeth II, 1952 -1953, obtaining special mention for the thesis and for the examination held on November 15, 2018.
At this moment, he's studying a Ph.D. in Law, at the Instituto de Investigaciones Jurídicas of UNAM in Mexico City.
From June 1, 2014 to July 30, 2020, he worked at the Escuela Libre de Derecho, serving as Director of the Felipe Tena Ramírez Library.
He has been a full professor at the Escuela Libre de Derecho of the General History of Law and associate professor in the field of Political and Constitutional Theory. He has also been a professor at the Instituto de la Judicatura Federal and into the master's degree in constitutional law at the Universidad Latina de América in Morelia, Michoacán.
His lines of research are: Constitutional History, Constitutional Theory, Constitutional Law, Authoritarian Constitutionalism in Mexico, Executive Branch in Mexico.
