Biography
Dr. Gustavo Saposnik is an Associate Professor and Clinician Scientist in the Department of Medicine (Neurology) at the University of Toronto, Canada. He is a staff Neurologist at St. Michael's Hospital and Director of the Outcomes & Decision Neuroscience Unit at the Li Ka Shing Knowledge Institute. Dr. Saposnik holds cross appointments at the Institute of Clinical Evaluative Sciences (ICES), and at Institute of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation.
Dr. Saposnik was the recipient of the 2017-2021 Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada Career Scientist Award.
He is the Editor-in-Chief of the World Stroke Academy for the World Stroke Organization (WSO).
