Biography

My broad research interests include: biodiversity and conservation, environmental pollution monitoring and bioremediation. My work is geared towards enhancing food safety and security through developing site-specific approach to bioremediation of polluted soils and monitoring pollutant levels in foods. Furthermore, working with my colleagues at Samuel Adegboyega University and some other collaborators, I have now forayed into phytochemical studies and use of plant bio-actives in drug discovery and functional food design processes.
