Biography

Currently leading research and education in Aquaculture and Aquatic Animal Health. Experienced professional researcher in Veterinary Medicine and Aquaculture, and as member of an Ethical Welfare Cell, I master both the practical and technical approach when it comes to leading animal trials, problem solving and writing down projects. Laboratory Animal Science leader. I worked internationally, cooperated with lab technicians, and built high-level coaching and presenting skills. My multiple months research stay in the USA (Auburn, Alabama), my participation (poster and oral sessions, chair person) in national and international conferences, and my genuine interest for languages increased my willingness to travel, to explore, to bring science to a broad audience, and to represent my Research Group in a multicultural environment.
My goal is to work in an enriching environment with lifelong learning and professional development opportunities, including in the field of sustainable aquaculture (also in extreme/unexplored environments), animal and human health, animal welfare, and food safety.
