Biography

She has more 20 years of experience in structural solutions, design and maintenance in existing buildings, to provide for the enhancement of building affected by pathologic problems in structural areas, materials, waterproofing, etc.
Likewise, she has developed work in the field of historic heritage, performing work as a project manager and works controller.
She has also participated in research projects of international, national and regional level in the area of intervention in building through new technologies and materials (SH-BULDINGS, OTHELLO TOWER/CITADEL-CYPRUS, OPERHA, SAN JUAN DE GAZTELUGATXE, AVELLANEDA TOWER,ETC. ).
In addition, she has extensive experience in projects of geographical information systems (GIS), in the development of tasks related to analysis of vulnerability of urban environments in the field of rehabilitation and integrated urban regeneration and climate change.
Since 2018, she is BIM Manager and She has integrated this innovative technology in different project put into practice in the areas of rehabilitation and urban regeneration, developing tools and integrating this methodology in the innovation of the processes developed in local, national and international projects developed in the Building Technologies Division.
Also, she is the Scientific Manager of KUBIK, since 2018. Kubik is a full-scale research infrastructure which has a Digital Twin oriented to the management and maintenance of the buildings in which she performs digital twin manager tasks connecting different Digital technologies such as IoT, Building Control Systems, etc. with BIM models. Likewise, is responsible for the implementacion of the new and innovative constructive solutions in KUBIK research infrastructure. She possesses experience in management, planning, and installation of prototypes in Kubik, including thermal monitoring, implementation of experimental solution and integration in the digital twin of Kubik. She has participated in projects RENOZEB, BRESAER, A2PBEER, OSIRYS, HEAT4COOL, etc.
