PhD Candidate at the Department of Legal Sciences at the University of Pisa (UNIPI - Italy), in the curriculum Commercial Law, International Law, European Union Law and Rules of Procedure (2021 - current), in co-supervision at the Federal University of Ceará (UFC). Master's degree in Law and Development at the Federal University of Ceará - UFC (2021), with a period of international academic mobility at The College of New Jersey (TCNJ - USA). Bachelor's degree in Law at the Federal University of Ceará - UFC (2019), with a period of international academic mobility at the Universidad Nacional del Centro de la Provincia de Buenos Aires (UNICEN - Argentina). Collaborator of the International Centre for Comparative Environmental Law (CIDCE - France), with research focused on the UN Treaty on Plastic Pollution. Editorial Assistant of NOMOS (Journal of the Graduate Program in Law of UFC) and Eletronic Papers International Law without Borders (CEDIsF). Researcher and Mentor of the European Union Law research line at the Law and International Affairs Study Group (GEDAI/UFC). Interested in the areas of International Law, International Environmental Law, European Union Law, Law of the Sea, Human Rights and Environment, Transboundary Pollution, Climate Change, Climate Litigation and Sustainable Development. Has experience as a Lawyer, Language Teacher and Translator.
