Biography

In 2010 graduated from Kharkiv State University of Food Technology and Trade, specializing in "Examination of Goods and Services".
In 2011 she graduated from Kharkiv State University of Food Technology and Trade with a degree in Accounting and Audit.
From 2013 to 2015, she was a postgraduate student at Kharkiv State University of Food Technology and Trade on a daytime basis, worked on a dissertation research "Formation of the quality of pastille products using stevia and elamine".
In 2016 she defended her Ph.D. thesis in specialty 05.18.15 - commodity science of food products, and received a scientific degree of a candidate of technical sciences (diploma DK № 041296). Since April 1, 2016 work at the department of commodity science and examination of goods of KSUFTT. At present, she is an associate professor of the department, responsible for scientific work of the department.
In the framework of dissertation I took part in culinary competitions:
- international culinary contest "Pearl of the Sea" in Croatia, where I received gold medal for the presented development - pastille with stevia and elamine;
- All-Ukrainian culinary contest "Days of Ukrainian Cuisine" Lviv, where received a silver medal for the presented development - marshmallows with elamine;
- International Festival "Agrocookfest-2016", Kharkiv, where he received the gold medal for the presented development - pastille with stevia, steviosidum and elamine.
I head students’ scientific club: "Research of consumer properties of secondary raw materials", in the framework of which students published 7 scientific works including 2 articles, 5 abstracts of the reports. Under my supervision, a student received the award at Boris Kolesnikov's Student Works competition and got the opportunity to visit Germany to improve his qualification as a reward.
