Biography

My research field of interest is sperm physiology, sperm preservation, a new technique for sperm selection based on nanotechnology and sperm metabolism. Finally, my field of interest has been widened to the pathophysiological processes with emphasis on testicular cancer tumors and their impact on sperm quality and physiology.
My further research activities are linked to the proteomic determination of protein-protein binding crucial for sperm-egg interaction. Moreover, our work also includes improving cryopreservation protocols of our Czech indigenous mammalian livestock species.
