Biography
I am a dedicated professional in sport sciences and sport psychology with a strong academic background and practical experience. My passion for sport psychology developed during my studies at Bangor University, where I completed a first-class BSc in Sport and Exercise Science. I furthered my expertise with an MSc in Sport Psychology at Loughborough University, concentrating on the impact of cumulative lifetime stressor exposure on elite athletes' health. My current PhD research at Nottingham Trent University focuses on alexithymia in sport, exploring its effects on self-control and reinvestment in athletic populations. My ongoing research continues to drive my ambition to become a sport psychology lecturer and make significant contributions to the field.
