Biography

I am a Molecular Biologist, working as a Principal investigator under the prestigious M K Bhan Young Research Fellowship Program funded by the Department of Biotechnology (DBT), New Delhi. I earned my Ph.D. in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology from G. B. Pant University of Agri. & Tech., Pantnagar. I have more than 2 years of postdoctoral research experience from universities in South Korea. Notably, my research spans pivotal areas such as plant redox biology, Nitric oxide signaling in plants and nanoparticle synthesis for agricultural applications. Proficient in an array of experimental techniques, including plant tissue culture and Agrobacterium-mediated genetic transformation, I thrive in diverse research environments, fostering collaboration and delivering impactful insights. My tenure as an independent scientist under the M K Bhan Young Research Fellowship equipped me with invaluable leadership skills and project management acumen. Additionally, my strong communication and writing skills enhance my ability to convey complex scientific concepts effectively, contributing to successful team dynamics and project outcomes. Eager to channel my achievements into pioneering advancements in plant biology and biotechnology, I am poised to make a transformative impact in the field.
