Biography
Degree in Marketing and Market Research at the Open University of Catalonia (UOC) and Diploma in Business Sciences at the University of Barcelona (UB). Strategic and Operational Marketing Program at the University of Minnesota (UM). Executive MBA, and Postgraduate in Social Media & Community Management at the University of Barcelona (UB).
Her career is closely linked to commercial management and business marketing, and she develops teaching activities in the area of market research and marketing in different universities, training centers and business schools, for which she is also author of teaching materials.
At the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC), she is a tutor of the Degree in Marketing and Market Research, and associate professor in both the UOC Corporate and UOC Business School, in the Postgraduate in Management of Microenterprises and the Executive MBA in Islamic Banking and Finance. She is also a professor of the UOCxtended and part of the committee of experts of the University Master’s Degree in Digital Marketing, and part of the interdisciplinary research group on ICTS, i2TIC.
At the Institut Químic de Sarrià (IQS), on the other hand, she is a professor of the Degree in Marketing. And at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC) she is a professor of the Degree in Video Game Design and Development, and the Degree in Design, Animation and Digital Art.
As a consultant and trainer specialized in digital marketing, she is interested in research on digital identity and online reputation, as well as the user experience on the web and social networks, and how this determines e-commerce.
