Biography

Dr. Hung-Yue (Colin) Suen is a Professor in Human Resource Technology (HR Tech) at the National Taiwan Normal University. He currently serves as the Associate Editor of the International Journal of Selection and Assessment (SSCI). Additionally, he is the Honorary Director of the International Human Resource Certification Institute, a professional organization dedicated to advancing the HR profession and increasing the number of certified HR professionals worldwide.

Dr. Suen combines extensive practical experience with his academic expertise, having held leadership roles as an HR Head in various financial holding companies and digital educational institutions. His work has encompassed both international and domestic HR operations, providing a solid foundation for his research endeavors.

Dr. Suen's primary research focuses on Affective Computing, Human-AI Interaction (HAI), HR Technologies, and AI-enabled assessment. His works have been published in prestigious SSCI and SCIE journals.
