Biography
Nerian Teixeira de Macedo de Lima is a PhD student in Art History in the Graduate Program in History at the Institute of Philosophy and Humanities of the University of Campinas, Brazil, (IFCH-UNICAMP) and develops the research "Between shadows and silences: the production of Lucy Citti Ferreira and Yolanda Mohalyi" with support from the São Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP).
She has also a Master in Art History (2021), by the same program where she developed the research “Going global. The reinterpretation of the artwork of Tarsila do Amaral” with CNPq support. She has a degree in Literature (2017) from Universidade Estadual Júlio de Mesquita filho (UNESP/FCLAr) and performed international exchange programs in France (Université Charles de Gaulle - Lille 3) and in Spain (Universidad de Santiago de Compostela) with the support of AREX/UNESP. She is a member of the Group Gender, Arts, Artifacts and Images (GAAI) at São Paulo University (USP). Advisor: Professor Doctor Gabriel Ferreira Zacarias.
