Biography

An ZHAO is Educational Innovation Officer (Since June 2013) of the Teaching Innovation Unit at the University of South Australia. He is very interested in web development, server admin as well as coding. He is the co-developer of open-source online learning applications such as Online Video Annotation for Learning (OVAL) and Social Networks Adapting Pedagogical Practice (SNAPP) with Prof. Shane Dawson. His research interest lies in Learning Analytics, Big Data, Social Network Analysis, Machine Learning and Computer Vision. He holds a Master of Computer Science (Principal advisor: Prof. Mike Brooks) from the University of Adelaide and Bachelor of Software Engineering from Sichuan University. He has published papers as the sole author and first author in the area of Computer Vision at the international conferences. Further details at anzhao.github.io.
