Biography

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, a Master's degree, and a PhD in Applied Biochemistry from the Federal University of Viçosa (UFV). I am currently pursuing an MBA in Artificial and Computational Intelligence at UFV.
My research interests lie in recombinant technology and the development of bioproducts, including vaccines and diagnostic tests. During my PhD, I founded Recombine Biotech, a startup focused on applying recombinant technology to agribusiness, where I serve as the CTO. I have participated in various entrepreneurial training and innovation programs, including tecnoPARQ/UFV, BiotechTown, Finep, and Suzano Ventures. In 2022, I was a top three finalist in the Brazilian Innovative Women Program (Finep).
