Biography
Their role involves contributing to the academic landscape, research, and teaching and mentoring students. Master's Degree in Quality Management from the Central American Institute of Public Administration, with specialization in food quality and safety.
She has 5 years of experience in research areas such as: post-harvest handling of cocoa, food safety advice, use of by-products from the food industry.
She has participated in more than 3 projects financed by different entities in Costa Rica. I am the author and co-author of academic articles.
She is a member of ASCOTA (Costa Rican Food Technology Association), an active member of CIQPA (College of Chemical Engineers and Related Professionals), and I belong to the CIGA-TEC Agroindustrial Research and Management Committee.
