Dewan Alif Ovi is a multifaceted individual dedicated to advancing legal and human rights discourse within South Asia and beyond. As a South Asia Foundation (SAF) Scholar and LL.M. graduate of the UNESCO Madanjeet Singh South Asian Institute of Advanced Legal and Human Rights Studies (UMSAILS) in partnership with the University of Asia Pacific, Department of Law and Human Rights, he possesses a deep understanding of legal frameworks and a commitment to social justice. With expertise cultivated as an Associate of 'Equity Law House', a prominent law firm in Dhaka, Dewan is well-versed in court proceedings and specializes in disputes concerning human rights violations. His research interests span across various domains, notably focusing on Child Rights, Street Children Rights, Human Rights Law, and Private International Law. Dewan's dedication to scholarly pursuits is evident through his prolific contributions to national and international journals, book chapters, newspapers and blogs.
