Biography

I am a cognitive behavioural psychotherapist, compassion focused therapist and Europe-approved eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing practitioner. I am a lecturer at the University of Salford where my research explores the impact compassionate mind training and compassion focused therapy has in educational and clinical settings. I provide a variety of workshops regarding mental health, compassion and wellbeing for a variety of organisations including the NHS.
