Biography

Mourad Abbas received the engineer diploma in Electronics from University of Science and Technology (Algiers) in 1997, then the Magister in 2002. He obtained a Phd from Ecole Nationale Polytechniqye (Algiers) in 2008.
Dr. Abbas is director of studies at High Council of Arabic Language. He was researcher at Scientific and Technical Research Center for Arabic Language and director of Computational Linguistics department. His research interests are focused on Speech to Speech Translation and Arabic language processing issues.
