Biography

Sandra Rebelo is a lecturer in the School of Management, Hospitality and Tourism at the University of the Algarve, where she teaches, since 1997, curricular units in the area of Corporate Finance, namely, Investment Analysis, Financial Analysis and Principles of Accounting and Finance. She received her PhD in Management - specialty in Finance and Accounting from the Faculty of Economics of the University of the Algarve in 2017. She has participated as author and moderator in several national and international scientific meetings and has scientific publications at the national level in the area of Corporate Finance. Sandra has been a reviewer of scientific articles in this area. She has also participated in co-authorship in the elaboration and analysis of several investment projects. Her current research interests include capital structure, performance and DEA (data envelopment analysis) applied to the hotel industry.
