Biography

I have been passionate about climate adaptation and resilience for over a decade and
currently work as a Lecturer in Climate Change Adaptation at the University of Leeds.

I have previously worked both in the private and public sector on climate adaptation, risk and resilience and specialised in climate risk management, adaptation planning, and supporting organisations with their TCFD disclosures.

My research interests are:

- understanding and facilitating organisational progress on climate adaptation
- understanding the demand for climate data in adaptation decision-making
- trialling and improving the visual communication of climate data to enable more effective tailoring of climate services
- examining the impact of legislative and regulatory drivers on climate adaptation
