Biography

Graduated in Nutrition from the University of São Paulo (USP), where she developed a scientific project at Laboratory of Immunoregulation of Metabolic Diseases (LIDM), investigating the role of the receptor IL-1R1 in the activation and function of type 3 innate lymphoid cells (ILC3) in intestinal health in the context of obesity. She also participated in the management of the Academic League for Sustainability and Collective Food (LASAC) (2021-2022). She is currently a master's student at the Laboratory of Free Radicals and Antioxidants at the same institution, aiming to study the influence of different cooking methods on bioactive compounds present in leafy Non-Conventional Food Plants (PANC).
