Biography
Letícia has bachelor degree in Biological Sciences from the Federal University of Viçosa (2006) and PhD in Botany from the same institution (2010). She made post-doctorate at the Max-Planck Institute for Molecular Plant Physiology, Germany (2014-2016) and at the Federal University of Ceará (2017-2018) and a specialization degree in Ecophysiology of Plants by the Universidad de Les Illes Baleares, Spain (2014). She has worked as Temporary Professor at the Federal University of Viçosa (2011), as Visiting Professor at the State University of Santa Cruz (2012-2013) and as Junior Professor at the Federal University of Lavras (2018-2019). At the moment, Letícia is a Junior Professor at the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology of Federal University of Ceará, Brazil.
Her research interests are plant metabolism and ecophysiology, with focus on plant abiotic stresses.
She is also mother and parentting educator, certified by the Escola da Educação Positiva (2021).
