Biography

Sarah Maggioli is currently a PhD candidate in the area of work psychology at the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences of the University of Porto, with a PhD grant awarded by the FCT - Portuguese Foundation for Science and Technology. She has been a part of several consultancy projects in the area and was previously a member of the research team for the project "OPERATOR: Digital Transformation in Industry with a Focus on the Operator 4.0", financed by FCT and MIT Portugal. Having concluded her master's degree in Social, Organizational and Work Psychology in the same institution, her interests are focused mainly on the impact of work on mental health, the analysis of work configurations in the context of technological transformation (namely, Industry 4.0), gender equality and work, and public policy.
