Biography

Dr. P. Sakthivel received his M.Sc, M.Phil (Physics) from A.V.V.M Sri Pushpam College, Poondi, Thanjavur in 2005 and 2007 respectively and Ph.D. from Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli in 2018. He was also received M.Tech (Applied Electronics) from Ponnaiah Ramajayam Institute of Science and Technology, Thanjavur in 2011. He has Teaching experience over 15 years (As Lecturer, Assistant Professor, HoD in Physics and Assistant Professor in Electronics and Communication in Engineering). Currently, he is working as Associate Professor of Physics, Karpagam Academy of Higher Education (Deemed to be University), Coimbatore (T.N.), India. His research interests focus on Optical materials, Electronic and Electrical materials, opto-electronic devices, Digital Circuits Design. He has published more than 35 SCI/WOS, SCOPUS indexed papers and 1 book chapter. He has also published one patent. He is a life member of Indian Society of Technical Education and Indian Physical Society. He has been invited to deliver keynote address/ Invited talk/ Chief guest address in various forum. He is a regular reviewer for Elsevier (Journal of Alloys and Compounds, Ceramics International, Journal of Luminescence etc.), Springer (Indian Journal of Physics, Applied Physics A, Applied Physics B etc.), IOP ( Journal of Physics - Condensed Matter, Materials Research Express, etc.) Wiley, Frontiers, Scientific.net etc. journals. He also serves as Editorial Member for Several Journals. He Served as a Guest Editor for the Journal Special Issues, IOP Conference Proceedings and AIP Conference Proceedings, etc.).
