Biography

Rabeea Summer Rehman graduated with her Bachelors of Science degree at the University of Central Florida in Interdisciplinary Studies (Biomedical Sciences and Physical Sciences Track) with a minor in Spanish. Past research focus has included the use of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy to treat wounds from radiation. She is currently a clinical intern at Grace Medical Home, a clinic for the uninsured and those 200% under the poverty line, responsible for coordinating care and assisting providers with documentation in the electronic medical record. Along with research and clinical experiences, she enjoys spearheading leadership training and service projects with student humanitarians across the country. As a medical school applicant, she looks forward to continually enriching her experiences in every step of her biomedical sciences education.
