Biography

I was born in April 02, 1986 in Debre Markos town, East Gojjam zone, Ethiopia. I attended Elementary School Education at Endimata Eyesus, Junior Secondary School at Menkorer Secondary School and High School Education at Debre Markos Preparatory School, Debre Markos town, East Gojjam. After completion of my High School Education, I joined Arba Minch University in September 2007 and completed my undergraduate studies with BSc degree in Horticulture in July 2010. Soon after graduation, I joined Seka Agro-processing P.L.C. as an Agronomist and I served from November 2010 to August 2011 and then I joined the Ministry of Agriculture, Agarfa TVE Agricultural College as a Junior Instructor in Plant Science Department and served from October 2011 to October 2012. Then I joined Addis Ababa TVET, Misrak TVET Collage as Junior Instructor and I served from October 2012 to November 2013. Then I joined Haramaya University as GA-I in December 2013 and I served up to September 2015 and then I joined the School of Graduate Studies at Haramaya University to pursue my MSc degree. I have graduated my MSc in Horticulture from Haramaya University. Currently, I am working at Haramaya University as Lecturer and Researcher in Horticulture Programme. I have been involved in different community engagements and involved in different committee activities and advising undergraduate students to undertake their senior research project.
